We take pride and joy in using monozukuri craft-based manufacturing to help pass down traditional skills and develop local workers.

Globalization is rapidly creating a borderless world. The coming age will bring major change to people’s values and society's norms. Businesses, as well as people, will have to learn to survive in the new global arena. What will be essential going forward, will be the skills to survive and the wisdom to think ahead.By supporting monozukuri in Cambodia, we support the transcendence of traditional Cambodian skills and the development of local workers who will have the wisdom needed to address the future.

Establishing our production facility in this area blessed with an abundant natural environment and a foundation of traditional weaving craft, we have built relationships of trust with local craftspeople that capitalize on each other's strengths in the spirit of collaboration. While the basis of our economic activity here is the capitalistic goal of of creating profit through designing and selling goods, that is by no means our final goal.

Starting with providing jobs for local weavers, we have created the ideal work environment where each individual can best utilize their abilities, passing down skills from craftsman to craftsman, training workers in the pursuit of quality and building smooth-functioning teams.

We also engage in wide-ranging efforts to develop merchandise powerful enough to compete in the global market.

As testament to our local efforts thus far, we were given the opportunity in 2014 to work together as business advisers with Sobbhana Boutique, an organization involved in the revival and growth of traditional Khmer silk, supporting inbound sales promotion and building a monozukuri system that will help Cambodian products thrive in the global marketplace.

We have joined forces with local aid organizations in efforts to develop high quality products that use all-natural materials and natural dyes, which will contribute to the natural dye industry and to the stabilization of livelihood and creation of jobs for the people of Takeo province.

Through developing products for our brand, we are able to actively engage in educating local workers in quality improvement, sewing machine skills, pattern efficiency, display, customer service and sales promotion, so that the next generation will be able to carry on with the apparel business. We also work on developing sustainable monozukuri craft-based manufacturing in cooperation with KSPA, an aid organization that relies on the production and sale of silk goods to operate an orphanage, partnering with them to design and develop products for the Japanese market based on current trends and design needs in Japan.
